The project covers the extension of the station by installing 11 kV switchgear, 11 kV/400 V transformers, water-pumping systems, and a DC110V control system. Scope included high-voltage, control, and instrument cabling. A dedicated pump room was constructed to support utility services. The project ensures improved operational capacity for field facilities.

A complete inspection, commissioning, and activation of a waste management system including incinerators and landfill units. The project incorporated PLC-based control, SCADA monitoring, and full fire and alarm protection systems. It ensures environmentally safe waste processing for industrial operations. Delivered in collaboration with Al-Yamama Engineering.

Design and construction of the main gate structure for the Majnoon Oilfield Bridge. The project focused on delivering an aesthetically modern and durable entrance structure. Materials and fabrication were selected to match harsh environmental conditions. The final installation enhances the identity and appearance of the field facilities.

Maintenance and rehabilitation of access roads serving the 33 kV overhead transmission line. Works included leveling, geogrid installation, sub-base layers, gravel placement, and final compaction. The restored road ensures safe access for construction and maintenance teams. The project improves long-term stability and mobility along the transmission route.

Construction of a 33 kV overhead transmission line from DS2 to WIP. The scope included pile breaking for old foundations, new foundation casting, and tower installation works. The project improves electrical connectivity between key facilities in the Majnoon field. ECD delivered structural, civil, and electrical works with high precision.

Installation of the first solar-energy system at the ECD camp using high-efficiency photovoltaic panels. The system provides continuous clean power and reduces reliance on diesel generators. It supports sustainability goals and lowers operational energy costs. The project highlights ECD’s capability in renewable-energy deployment.

A comprehensive upgrade of the PC power system, involving new 11 kV cable routing from DS2 GTG to the PC Extension, from PC Extension to PC Annex, and from PC Extension to the PC Substation. The scope included the installation of two 11 kV transformers, new switchgear units, and RMUs. Full testing and commissioning were performed to ensure system integrity, protection coordination, and reliable load transfer. The upgrade significantly enhances power distribution capacity and operational stability across the PC facilities.

The project involved installing a new pipeline inside the TPS area at CPF2, including routing, welding, and structural support works. All joints underwent full NDT inspection, including RT and PT evaluations, to ensure weld integrity. A complete hydrostatic (hydro) test was performed to verify pressure performance and system safety. The project enhanced the pipeline network’s reliability and operational readiness within the CPF2 facilities.

A major yard-expansion project that included preparing a large soil platform with full sub-base layers, gravel leveling, and compaction to meet industrial load requirements. The scope also covered the construction of a new asphalt access road to support vehicle and equipment movement. A high-standard perimeter protection fence was installed to secure the warehouse and pipe storage area. The upgraded yard provides increased storage capacity, safer logistics flow, and improved infrastructure for ongoing field operations.

An EPC project covering the construction of a 33 kV overhead transmission line forming the Northwest Loop from DS2 GTG to CPF2. The scope included tower foundation works, tower erection, and full road maintenance along the OHTL route. The project also involved the installation of 33 kV switchgear and laying medium-voltage power cables to complete the loop. This system upgrade enhances network reliability, improves power distribution stability, and supports future load expansion across the field facilities.

A complete cable replacement project involving excavation of a 1.5 km (1500 m) cable trench from DS2 Substation to the FOC facility. The scope included laying three new 11 kV power cables, backfilling, route marking, and providing full protection measures along the trench. All cables underwent comprehensive testing and commissioning to ensure proper insulation, continuity, and load performance. The upgrade enhances system reliability and restores safe, stable power delivery to the connected facilities.

(Executed in collaboration with Wood) A field-wide upgrade project involving the installation of industrial louvers inside battery rooms across 16 wellpads in the Majnoon Oilfield. The scope included modifying ventilation openings, installing louver assemblies, and ensuring proper airflow and heat-dissipation performance. Gas detectors (CH₄ and H₂S) were relocated and recalibrated to meet updated safety and ventilation requirements. The works were executed in coordination with Wood to ensure full compliance with HSE standards and site specifications, enhancing the overall safety and reliability of wellpad operations.
